Brief

Originally a single 155 m² residence, this apartment was reimagined by its owners as two independent homes. The division allows the property to serve two purposes at once: a comfortable family residence and a compact studio with a rental life of its own.

The main apartment is a 2+1 layout built around an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, the social heart of the home. Here the boundaries between functions soften, and daily life flows freely from one moment to the next. Two bedrooms offer a quieter counterpoint, where warm tones envelop each room in comfort and sophisticated contrasts add depth and refinement.

The second unit, a small studio, is conceived as an Airbnb with a distinct identity of its own. Bauhaus-inspired motifs give the compact footprint unexpected character, proving that a limited area can carry a confident design voice and leave a lasting impression on guests.
